摘要
依据规范,基坑支护结构除有特殊要求外,均应按设计使用年限为一年的临时性结构进行设计。然而在实际工程中,因种种原因造成支护结构超期服役的状况屡见不鲜。超期服役基坑由于使用时限已经超过设计要求,对其自身结构及其周边的建(构)筑物及管线等环境的安全稳定构成极大的威胁。如何检测评价超期服役基坑支护结构的安全稳定,延长其服务时限,合理选用加固治理措施,成为业界普遍关注的重大问题。本文依托工程实例,阐述了一套可复制的超期基坑桩锚结构检测、评估及加固处理方案,以期为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
According to the specification,in addition to special requirements,the support structure in deep excavation is always designed as a temporary structure with a design life of one year.However,it is common that the supporting structures have to extend servicing duration for various reasons in practice.Due to the retaining structure servicing beyond the design duration for the overdue excavation works,it would threat the safety and stability of its own,the surrounding structures and underground pipelines.How to detect and evaluate the safety and stability of the overdue servicing support structure,extend the service time limit,and select the reinforcement measures rationally has become a major concern in the industry.Based on a project,a set of replicable overdue service anchor-pile retaining structure detection,evaluation and reinforcing treatment schemes are proposed which would provide a reference for the similar projects.
