钢筋混凝土箱涵裂缝检测及加固性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以某在役箱涵为研究对象,对其裂缝病害进行了检测,采用了碳纤维加固方法对其进行了维修加固。运用有限元软件MIDAS Civil,计算分析了加固后箱涵顶板的内力分布及变形特点,并与实桥荷载试验结果进行对比研究。研究结果表明,受拉区混凝土工作状态良好;涵体的实际内力分布比理论计算结果更加均匀,涵体的实际挠度比理论计算结果更小;粘贴碳纤维布的加固方式对荷载的分担效果不明显,但是有利于提高箱涵结构的整体性,有利于改善结构整体刚度。 Taking a box culvert in service as the research object,the crack diseases are tested,and the method of carbon fiber reinforced plastics is used to maintain the structure. Using the finite element software MIDAS Civil,the stress distribution and the deformation characteristics of the roof of the reinforced box culvert are calculated and analyzed,and the results of the real bridge load test are compared. The results show that: the concrete in tensile zone behaves well; the real distribution of the stress of the culvert is more uniform than the calculation result,the actual deflection of the culvert is smaller than the theoretical analytic result,the method of pasting CFRP to reinforce the structure has less effects of load sharing,but is useful to improve the integrality of the box culvert structure,and is useful to improve the overall rigidity.
