富华里中心超高层办公楼设计

摘要 富华里中心2栋办公楼地上35层,主体高度146.5m,为B级高度的超限高层建筑。设计中采用多种程序对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱分析和时程分析,设防地震和罕遇地震作用下对结构进行了弹塑性动力时程分析。根据分析结果采取有效抗震措施对结构予以加强。本文论述了设计过程中所考虑因素,可供类似结构设计参考。 No. 2 office building of Fuhua-Lane Center is a out-of-code high-rise building of level B of the code,which is 146. 5 meters high and has 35 stories. Different programs are used to carry out response spectrum calculation and dynamic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake,and the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis on the structure are conducted under the moderate earthquake and the rare earthquake. According the result of the analysis,the seismic strengthening measures are put forward. The actors considered during the design are presented,which is the reference for similar structure design.
