BTRC薄板加固混凝土柱轴压性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究玄武岩纤维织物网增强混凝土(BTRC)薄板对混凝土柱的约束性能,并考虑织物网层数及BTRC基体中掺入短切耐碱玻璃纤维对约束效果的影响,对4根采用BTRC加固的混凝土柱及1根对比柱进行轴心受压性能试验,分析了加固柱的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线及变形性能等。研究结果表明:加固后柱的承载力和变形能力均有不同程度提高;2层和4层纤维织物网BTRC薄板加固的柱,其受压承载力分别提高9.45%、23.42%,极限变形分别提高19.14%、25.76%;BTRC基体中掺入短纤维后,加固柱的承载力和极限变形能力能进一步改善。 To study the confinementbehavior of basalt textile reinforced concrete(BTRC) sheets to the concrete columns,compressive tests of four columns strengthened with BTRC sheets and control columnwithout strengthening are carried out,and the effects of the textile layer number and short glass fiberof BTRC sheets are also considered. The failure pattern, load-displacement curves,anddeformation capacityof the strengthened columns are analyzed. The test results show thatthe compressive capacity and deformation capacity of the columnsstrengthened with BTRC sheets are increased in different degrees,for the columns strengthened with BTRC including 2 and 4 layer of textile,the compressive capacity increases by 9. 45% and 23. 42%,the ultimate deformation increases by19. 14% and 25. 76 %,respectively. The compressive and ultimate deformation capacity ofthe strengthened columns can be further improvedafter BTRC matrix doped with short glass fibers.
