摘要
地震破坏是影响城市发展进程的重大灾害,做好城市抗震防灾规划,提高城市抗震防灾能力,是最大限度减轻地震灾害的有效措施。建筑物抗震性能评价是城市抗震防灾规划的重要内容。本文通过单体建筑物抗震性能评价,介绍城市建筑群进行震害程度预测的半经验半理论法,用该方法对某市的进行了建筑群体抗震性能评价,分析结果应用到该市的抗震防灾规划编制中。
Earthquake is a major disaster affecting urban development process. Planning on earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention to improve urban anti-disaster capacity is an effective measure to mitigate earthquake disaster. Earthquake resistance capacity assessment for group of structures is an important part in urban planning on earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention. A a half experience and half theoretic method for earthquake damage prediction was introduced through analyzing an individual building in this paper,and it was used to assess the group of structures in one city. Those results were applied in planning formulation on earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention.
