本文从全寿命管理的角度,阐述了建设单位、产权人和使用人在各个阶段应该掌握哪些抗震防灾相关知识,如何参与抗震设防管理,承担应有的抗震设防管理责任。
From the viewpoint of life cycle management,this paper expounds the relevant knowledge of seismic fortification for the construction unit,property owner,and users. and tells them how to participate in the seismic fortification management at all stages to undertake the management responsibility of seismic fortification.
