预应力钢绞线应急加固混凝土柱试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了实现对震损桥梁墩柱的加固,快速恢复震后受损桥梁的通行能力,制作了4个混凝土柱,用'夹钳法'设计的锚具进行了加固,对加固构件进行了拟静力试验,分析了钢绞线预应力水平与钢绞线间距对位移、钢筋应力、构件延性的影响,研究结果表明:钢绞线预加应力与拧紧螺母所需扭矩呈线性关系;施加环向预应力钢绞线对震损柱的抗震性能有良好的修复提升作用,增大钢绞线的预应力水平、减少钢绞线间距均可提升试件的抗剪承载力与耗能能力。 In order to strengthen the pier column of damaged bridge and restore the capacity of damaged bridge after earthquake rapidly,four concrete columns are made with anchorage reinforcement.It is designed by clamp method,and the quasi-static test of strengthened members is carried out.In this experiment,the influence of the prestressing level of steel strand on the distance between strand and displacement,and also the influence on the reinforcement stress and member ductility are analyzed results show that there is a linear relationship between the steel strand prestressing and the torque required to tighten the nut;the application of prestressed steel strand with ring has a good effect on improving the seismic performance of the damaged columns.Increasing the prestress level of the steel strand and reducing the distance between the steel strand can improve the shear capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen.
