西藏高原采用“充气支模”施工金属油罐的钢筋混凝土扁球壳顶获得成功

摘要 对已制作完毕的立式钢质油罐进行密闭充气加压,并利用钢罐球顶为模,浇注钢筋混凝土薄壳护顶。经在西藏高原上六座5000m^3油罐的施工实践证明,即使是在极不利条件下也是一个行之有效的先进施工方法,具有明显的经济效益。文中还从力学稳定性分析了油缸在充气支模施工中的可靠性,结论是肯定的。 To fill in pressed air into the stand steel oil tank also to use shell of steel tanker as a model for eonstruct shell of reinforced concrete was proved by the the construction of six 5000m^3 on the Tibetan Plateau.Eevn under the less favourable condition.It is an effective simple way.It has remarkable pra- etical use and economic benefit.In the article the reliability use analyzed and the result was certain.It can be widely used.
