波纹腹板H型钢梁受压翼缘局部稳定研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据波纹腹板梁翼缘局部失稳的特性提出波纹腹板H型钢梁翼缘局部失稳的理论计算模型,指出波纹腹板梁翼缘失稳相当于两加载边简支,一非加载边弹性转动约束的弹性板。由理论推导得到了翼缘局部弹性屈曲应力计算公式,利用有限元分析验证了该理论模型的有效性。同时探讨了受拉翼缘、梁的长度以及腹板参数变化对受压翼缘局部失稳的影响,最后根据有限元计算结果给出了可供工程设计参考的翼缘宽厚比限值计算公式。 A theoretical model was proposed according to the characteristic of local buckling of flanges in H-shaped members with corrugated web. The compression flange was taken as an elastic slab which is simply supported at the two loaded sides, while the rotation of the unloaded side is restrained elastically. A formula for calculating the elastic buckling stress of the compression flange was developed theoretically. Numerical analyses were then performed to investigate the validity of the proposed formula. The influence of the tension flanges, the length of the beam and the parameters of the corrugated web on the local buckling stability of compression flanges was discussed. Limit value of the width-to-thickness ratio was suggested for design based on numerical analysis results.
