高温后方钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压受力性能分析 被引量:6

MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF RECYCLED CONCRETE FILLED IN SQUARE STEEL TUBE AFTER HIGH-TEMPERATURE UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

摘要 为研究高温后钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对轴压受力性能进行了理论分析和试验验证,对比分析了曾经历的不同温度和不同取代率对荷载-应变全过程曲线的影响,揭示了高温后轴压承载力折减系数的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:随着曾经历温度的升高和取代率的增加,钢管再生混凝土短柱的承载力整体上呈下降趋势,温度在500℃以上对承载力影响较大,而取代率对承载力的影响较小,且随曾经历温度的升高,影响幅度越小;含钢率、钢材屈服强度、核心混凝土抗压强度对高温后的轴压强度系数有显著影响,而取代率没有影响。 In order to study the mechanical properties to axial compression performance of recycled concrete short columns filled in a steel tube after high temperature under axial compressive forces, the theoretical analysis has carried by using the finite element software ABAQUS, and experimental verification has also performed. The contrast analysis has experienced different temperature and different substitution rates of the whole process of a load-strain curve, revealing the main influence factors about the axial bearing capacity reduction coefficient after high temperature. The results showed that: with the experienced temperature rise and substitution rate increase, the short column's bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled in steel tube will have an overall downward trend, and it will have a bigger influence on bearing capacity when temperature above 500℃, while the replacement rate has less effect on the bearing capacity; with the experienced temperature rise, the influence magnitude becomes smaller, and the steel ratio, steel strength, compressive strength of core concrete have a significant influence on the axial compressive strength coefficient after high temperature, while substitution rate has no effect.
