摘要
文章在诠释全视角学习理论和工匠精神内涵的基础上,从学习者的视角切入,分别从内容、动机、互动三个维度,分析影响高职院校学生工匠精神习得的因素。从互动与获得两个过程,阐述高职院校学生习得工匠精神的两个路径:一是外化为实践行动;二是内化为自身素养。
Based on the interpretation of the Comprehensive Learning Theory and the connotation of Craftsman Spirit,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the acquisition of students ’ Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of learners,from the three dimensions of content,motivation and interaction. Considering the two processes of interaction and acquisition,the paper puts forward two ways for higher vocational college students to acquire craftsman spirit in their learning: one is externalization into practical action;the other is internalization into self-accomplishment.
