摘要
文章参照阿瑟·怀特提出的教育政策超理性的标准,从政策制定、政策实施和政策实施效果三个方面对当前我国行业组织参与职业教育的政策进行审视,分析了行业组织参与职业教育的政策中存在超理性化的表现及成因,并据此提出了进一步完善行业组织参与职业教育政策制定和实施的策略。
From the perspective of Hyper-Rationalization Theory,this thesis probed into the issue of Chinese industry organization’s participation in vocational education in terms of the policy stipulation,execution,and its actual effect. A hyper-rationalization phenomenon was discovered in the policy system,and the reason to that was analyzed. Further on,the thesis put forward countermeasures to help improve industry organization’s participation in vocational education.
