摘要
引言 近代透平机械的发展,要求设计出高载荷和高效率的透平级来。 由于透平级负荷的不断提高,透平内部的流动性质发生了质的变化。当流动进入跨音速后,常规的一元分析或简单径向平衡和自由旋涡等环量设计方法就不适应了。必须应用吴氏三元流动理论[1]和控制环量设计方法来满足设计要求。
The axial turbine blade design of the circulation control principle, method useful range are presented in this paper. A model experiment was conducted in order to demonstrate reliability of this principle and method. The main test results are given and the results indicated that the main characteristics of the circulation control design got demonstration. This priciple and method are practicable. Last of all, a priciple of the optimization criteria of turbine blade twist is also presented.
