陶瓷涂层叶片与内冷强化的性能分析

摘要 虽然陶瓷本身具有良好的耐热性能,但粘结剂的温度限制要求加强叶片的内部冷却。本文分析了内冷强化对陶瓷涂层效能的重大影响,提出了加强叶片冷却的几个措施,并通过计算作出了不同冷却条件下叶片前驻点温度与陶瓷涂层厚度的关系曲线。最后利用斯贝MK202发动机一级导向叶片的有关参数对陶瓷涂层叶片进行冷却计算,计算结果表明了采取强化冷却措施后的陶瓷涂层叶片的优良性能。 Although ceramic coatings are remarkably heat-resisting, internal cooling for high temperature turbine must still be enhanced in virtue of the limiting temperature of the alloy bond coat. Analysis carrying out in this paper shows, that the ceramic coating effectiveness is lower for leading edge than for flat section of the turbine vane and reduces with a increase in ceramic coating thickness. It strongly depends upon cooling intensity of the turbine vane, and for this reason several ways of heat transfer augmentation in the turbine cooling passage are suggested. Calculations show, that the thermal performance of turbine vane is satisfactory and encouraging.
