摘要
一、引言 排气扩压器是各种透平所共有的气动元件。实现低流动损失大扩压度的轴径式环形排气扩压器有助于进一步回收透平末级出口动能,增加透平的实际输出功。扩压器的优化设计可以从预定壁面摩擦损失最小的速度分布出发,由反问题求得形状。
An optimization analysis of turbine annular axial-radial exhaust dif f user by variation method is derived based on loss model. The analytical results lead to a suggestion of inverse design criteria dh/dl=const and θ=const. plus dθ/dl-const along the flow path. Experimental verification shows that the static pressure recovery coefficient can be raised relatively by 7% in comparing with a conventional design.
