摘要
为了提高风机性能数值计算的准确性,本文应用Fluent软件对低压轴流风机整机性能进行数值模拟,分析不同湍流模型条件下,风机气动性能的差别。同时,通过合理建立数值模型、设置边界条件、选取与实际工况一致的风机静压来提高数值模拟精度和可靠性。最后,针对不同工况下数值模拟的收敛判定提出建议。本文研究结果将对聚能型风力机的数值模拟研究起指导性作用。
In order to improve the accuracy of numerical calculation for wind blade performances,the engineer performance of low-pressure axial fan was numerical simulated by applying Fluent software.The differences about aerodynamic performance of fan in different condition of turbulence models were analyzed.At the same time,the methods for improving the precision and reliability during numerical simulation were proposed,i.e.developing reasonable numerical model,boundary condition and selecting a consistent static pressure with the actual working condition.Finally,some suggestions about Convergence Criterion of numerical simulation in different actual working condition were proposed.The research results have a great theoretical value and the actual guidance for numerical simulation of energy collection wind turbine.
