Heat Exchange Performance of Stirling Engine Heat Exchanger

摘要 本文通过商业软件FLUENT的动网格功能实现了自由活塞斯特林发动机内热交换器的周期性工作过程,并比较了在不同的结构形式下加热器和冷却器的换热能力和流阻的变化。结果表明,在应用多孔介质时加热器的PEC值最大,换热能力最强,其相应的流阻损失也最大;在应用热管时冷却器的PEC值最大,换热能力最强。 In this paper,the periodic operation of internal heat exchanger of free-piston Stirling engine is achieved by the application of the dynamic mesh technique of the commercial software FLUENT,and the heat exchange performance and flow loss of the heater and the cooler in different structure forms are also compared.This study indicates that the highest PEC and the strongest heat exchange capability of the heater can be obtained when applying porous medium,and correspondingly,its flow loss reaches a maximum,while the highest PEC and the strongest heat exchange capability of the cooler can be gained when using heat pipe.
