R32添加剂对提高CO_2水-水热泵系统效率的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Investigation on Improvement of CO_2 Water-Water Heat Pump System Efficiency by Adding R32 Additive

摘要 本文对CO<sub>2</sub>系统中添加R32添加剂含量在1%<sup>5</sup>%进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在R32添加剂含量为5%时,压缩比明显提高;添加R32添加剂后,压缩机功率降低;系统制热效率在部分工况下明显提高,当R32添加剂含量为4%,蒸发温度为0℃时,其最大制热效率达到4.43,与CO<sub>2</sub>纯质相比,提高近4%;当R32添加剂含量为4%,系统制冷效率达到最大,在蒸发温度为0℃时,最大值为3.87,与CO<sub>2</sub>纯质相比,提高近7%;气体冷却器出口水温都有所降低。 The performance of the transcritical CO_2 cycle that adds R32 additive from 1%to 5%was investigated.The results show that when the proportion of R32 additive is 5%.the compression ratio increases greatly;when adds R32 additive,the input power of compressor decreases;the COPh is increases greatly in part operating condition,when the proportion of R32 additive is 4%and the evaporation temperature is 0℃,the COP_h is 4.43,the COPh improve 4%compared with pure CO_2;when the proportion of R32 additive is 4%,the COP_C reaches the maximum;when the proportion of R32 additive is 4%and the evaporation temperature is 0℃,the COP_C is 3.87,the COP_C improve7%compared with pure CO_2;when adds the R32 additive,the water temperature of gas cooler reduces.
