摘要
段塞流的流动与传热现象存在于许多工业应用领域.本文在长12m、内径26mm的水平管上进行冷却条件下空气-水气液两相段塞流流动与传热的实验研究.采用电导探针、热电偶等测试手段测量段塞流的流动与传热参数,分析了冷却条件下段塞流对流传热系数随两相流压降、气液表观流速等参数的变化规律.
Slug flow and heat transfer occurs in many industrial applications.The experimental study of air-water slug flow and heat transfer in cooling process has been carried out in horizontal pipe.The length of the test section pipe is 12 m with inner diameter 26 mm.The techniques of conductivity probe and thermalcouple were applied in the experiment to measure the slug flow and convective heat transfer parameters.The influence of two-phase pressure drop,superficial gas and liquid velocities on slug flow heat transfer coefficient is discussed.
