摘要
本文采用溶液共混技术将定向碳纳米管(A-MWNTs)填充到天然橡胶中,得到A-MWNTs填充的天然橡胶复合材料。观察了A-MWNTs在天然橡胶基体中的分散情况,研究了A-MWNTs对天然橡胶复合材料导热性能的影响,并进行多项式拟合分析。研究表明:A-MWNTs在与天然橡胶溶液共混过程中经超声波振荡和搅拌后会被部分打乱。但是在微束单元内是定向的,在整体上呈非定向分布。随着A-MWNTs填充量的增加,复合材料的导热率快速增大。通过对导热率数据进行多项式拟合,以此为研究复合材料导热性能提供可靠的技术途径。结果表明:拟合曲线可以较为准确地预测复合材料导热率的变化趋势。
Aligned carbon nanotubes(A-MWNTs) filled Natural Rubber composites were prepared through solution blending.The dispersion of A-MWNTs in natural rubbermatrix was observed,the effects of A-MWNTs on the heat conduction performances of A-MWNTs/NR composite materials were studied,and polynomial fitting analysis was also made.Research showed that parts of the A-MWNTs would be disorganized by ultrasonic oscillation and stirring in the process of solution blending,A-MWNTs would be aligned in micro-units but isotropic on the whole.Thermal conductivity of A-MWNTs/NR composites increased rapidly with the enhancement of A-MWNTs loading.Polynomialfitting of thermal conductivity of A-MWNTs/NR composites proved to be a reliabletechnical method for studying the thermal conductivity of natural rubbercomposite materials.The results showed that the fitting curves can predict the changing trend of thermal conductivity of A-MWNTs/NR composite.
