摘要
研究了CDC处理对Cr1 2MoV钢组织与性能的影响 .结果表明Cr1 2MoV钢在 95 0℃及碳的质量分数为 1 0 %碳势条件下做CDC处理 ,材料表层细小碳化物的数量明显增加 ,细小碳化物颗粒的平均尺寸为 4 0 0nm ;材料显微硬度提高了Hm4 0 0左右 ,硬化层厚度为 1 0 0 0 μm .与常规处理的Cr1 2MoV钢相比 ,洛氏硬度提高HRC3,材料的耐磨性是常规处理的两倍以上 .经实际生产考核 。
Effect of carbide dispersion carburizing(CDC) on the microstructure and properties of Cr12MoV die steel has been studied. It has been shown that after the Cr12MoV steel is treated by CDC at 950℃ and carbon potential correspont to 1.0%C content, the amount of the fine carbides in the surface layer remarkably increases and their average size is 400 nm; the microhardness increases by Hm400, and the thickness of the CDC layer reaches 1000 μm. Compared with the conventional treatment, the HRC increases by HRC3, the wearability and the die life increase twice.
