陈独秀是中国共产党的主要创建者和早期主要领导人,在党的创建和领导党的工作的数年间,在联共(布)中央和共产国际指导下,他按照列宁的建党思想开展党的早期建设,主要是:注重思想建党,坚持党的理想信念;确立民主集中制原则,培养党的干部;探索革命方针,谋求独立自主。正因为从创建初期就注重党的建设,才使得中国共产党成为理想远大、信念坚定、组织严密、纪律严明、作风顽强的先进的马克思主义政党,为此后毛泽东成功实施党的建设伟大工程,奠定了坚实的基础,提供了有益的启示。

Chen Duxiu was the main founder and main early leader of the Communist Party of China.In the period of several years when he founded the Party and led the Party’s work,he carried out early Party building under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolshevik)and the Communist International according to Lenin’s thought on Party building,mainly including:focusing on Party building by ideological means,and sticking to the Party’s ideals and faith;establishing the principle of democratic centralism,and fostering Party cadres;exploring revolutionary policies,and seeking independence the emphasis given to Party building in the early period after the founding made the Communist Party of China and advanced Marxist political party with lofty ideals,firm faith,rigorous organization,strict discipline and tenacious style,and laid a firm foundation and provided beneficial enlightenment for the later successful implementation of the great project of Party building by Mao Zedong.
