Some aspects on G.N.Voitinskii,on The Central Organizational Bureau of the Chinese Communists in Russia attached to the RCP(b)

本文旨在:其一、纠正为历史人物俄共(布)党员吴廷康改名的做法,探讨他的使命和经费。其二、说明俄国共产华员局的情况。它是列宁通过俄共(布)扶植而建立并隶属于后者的准政党,并在西伯利亚一些城市建立了支部,原拟以其为主干移至中国,放大为中国共产党,但这个计划由于种种因素而落空,中国共产党是在中国本土由一批拥护苏俄的知识分子建立的,它与俄国共产华员局几乎没有任何组织上的关系。

The author pursues two goals: to elucidate the conventional usage of the Chinese name of the Russian representative in China Grigorii Naumovich Voitinskii while shedding new light on his mission and its financial sources, and to examine a Chinese organization in Soviet Russia such as The Central Organizational Bureau of the Chinese Communists in Russia attached to the RCP(b)(Tsentral’noe organizatsionnoe buro kitaiskikh communistov v Rossii pri RCP(b),Ценмраъное оранuэаuuонное бюро kumauckux kommyhucmob b Poccuu npu PKП[б]). The Bureau was established in July 1920 with support and under direction of V. I. Lenin and the RCP(b) and had its sections in the Russian Siberian cities. The purpose of the Bureau was to export the Russian revolutionary ideas to China and to establish the Chinese Communist Party directly attached to the RCP(b). However, this plan failed and the CPC appeared in China.Organizationally the CPC was established without the efforts of the Bureau. A small group of Chinese intellectuals, ideologically influenced by Soviet Russia, set up the CPC.
