摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纺织品和皮革样品中微量的铅,研究了还 原剂和催化剂的浓度、测定介质、干扰元素以及仪器操作条件对测定的影响.该方法的检出 限为O.19μg/L,相对标准偏差5.09%,回收率在98%~105%之间.
The trace Pb in textile fabric and leather was determined by hydride generation and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of concentrations of reductant and catalyst, medium, distabance elements and operating conditions for the instrument were studied. By the method, the check limit is 0. 19 μg/L, the relative standard deviation is 5. 09%,and the addition recovery is between 95% and 105%.
