多任务流程流水网络计划参数计算及分析

Parameter Calculation and Analysis of Streamlined Network Planning for Multitasking Process

摘要 在总结多任务流程特点的基础上,得出了流水网络计划处理此类问题时时间参数的通用计算方法。提取主要的关键影响参数,并定义了工序等待时差及全局关键工序,以此可进行总工期影响分析、资源优化配置、风险分析及进度控制等工作。扩展了流水网络计划的应用范围,为多任务流程工程管理及控制提供了分析方向。 A general calculating method of time parameters is proposed when streamlined network planning deals with the problems of multitasking process,whose features are collected preparedly.Main critical impact parameters are picked and procedure waiting float and global critical activity are defined.Accordingly,an analysis of the impact analysis of project duration,optimum distribution of resources,risks and progress control is made.Finally,the application of streamlined network planning is extended,and analysis direction is offered for project management and control of multitasking process.
