摘要
基于挣值管理方法,在考虑承包商风险成本、努力成本和项目业主进度偏差放大性系数等变量的基础上,构建了项目业主与承包商之间的激励合同模型,对激励合同内在的机制问题进行了分析。运用改进的挣值管理方法设计了项目成本和进度的合同激励方案,并运用案例对激励方案进行了应用验证。结果表明,基于改进挣值管理方法设计的项目合同激励方案能够真实反映出项目总工期和总成本的变化,项目业主运用此方案能够准确和科学地对承包商采取激励措施。
The authors construct an incentive contract model based on earned value management method.Considering the contractor's risk const,effort cost and the enlarged coefficient of schedule deviation of the project itself,we analyze the internal mechanism of the incentive contract.Designed project schedule and cost contract incentive program through using improved earned value management method.Then the incentive scheme is verified through case study.The results show that,the project contract incentive scheme which is constructed based on the improved earned value management can truly reflect the changes of the total duration and total cost of the project,whose owner can accurately and scientifically implement incentive measures for the contractor through using the project management incentive scheme.
