摘要 本文的主要目的是建立智能交通网络监测控制系统。该智能系统中,交通网络的控制结点通过"群体一致性算法"进行相互沟通协作,从而监测整个交通网络流量变化,并控制交通网络的流量。建立该系统的主旨在于采用分布式结构来监测交通网络的流量变化并设法缓解拥堵状况,以减少智能交通系统对中央处理系统的依赖。同时使交通网络中每个智能结点可以实时得到整个交通网络的拥堵情况,从而快速的调整交通网络流量,分配交通网络资源,最终使整个交通网络的利用率最大化。除了采用理论分析的方法验证系统的稳定性,本文中还将采用MATLAB构建模拟平台,从而验证系统的可行性。 This paper presents a decentralized traffic index monitor and flow control system.A distributed algorithm will be applied to enable the intelligent traffic nodes to communicate with each other.The main purpose is monitoring and controlling the traffic flow by using decentralized methods.The intelligent agents in traffic network can acquire traffic information among the whole network in real time.The nodes can instantly adjust their traffic flow by communicating the nodes nearby.The traffic network management system is based on decentralized process and intelligent cooperation.No central control is needed to manage the system.Intelligent agents are distributed around the whole network.The performance of the system is tested via theoretical proof and simulations.The results demonstrate that the system is flexible,reliable and feasible for practical uses.
