摘要
定义项目资源的替代率和可获得系数,构建项目资源的二维四区管理模型,设计基于马尔科夫过程的求解方法,并提出相应的资源管理策略,最后通过数值算例对研究结果进行说明。
In this paper,resources substitution ratio and the available factor have been defined,a TDFZ(two-dimensional&four-zones)classification project resource management model has been constructed,and a Markov solving method has been designed as well.By solving the model,we put forward the corresponding resource management strategy,and finally presented numerical examples to illustrate the conclusion.
