摘要
在建立全面合理的水安全评价指标体系基础上,运用模糊物元分析,结合TOPSIS法和贴近度,提出基于熵权及TOPSIS法的水安全综合评价模型。模型采用反映评价指标特征值之间离散程度的熵值作为评价指标的权重,减少了确定权重的主观性。结合实例介绍该模型的具体运用,结果表明该模型合理、可行。
In this paper,a new model is provided for evaluating of water security on the basis of creating water safety evaluation index system,using the fuzzy matter element analysis,combined with the TOPSIS method and the close degree. Based on entropy weight and TOPSIS method,a comprehensive model of evaluating water security is built,which uses entropy reflecting the degree of discreteness between the characteristic values of evaluation indexes as their weight to reduce the subjectivity of weight decision. This paper also introduces the application of the proposed model. The results show that the model is rational and feasible.
