摘要
针对传统的项目风险评估方法缺乏对风险传播的考虑,通过分析项目中工作包之间相互依赖的内涵,指出风险会因为工作包之间的依赖而发生传播,并基于依赖结构矩阵DSM阐述了风险传播路径,在传统WBS-RBS矩阵的基础上,提出了基于WBS-RBS-DSM的风险评估方法,以计算项目所面临的综合风险值。最后,通过一个实例验证了该方法的可行性。
The traditional project risk assessment methods fail to take the risk propagation into consideration.Through analyzing the meaning of mutual dependence among project work packages,this paper proposes that risk may propagate due to this kind of dependence.Based on DSM,this paper states risk propagation paths.A WBS-RBS-DSM risk assessment method is proposed to calculate the comprehensive risk that the project faces,based on traditional WBS-RBS matrix.Finally,a case is presented to show the feasibility of the method.
