基于F-H分析法的医院与社区卫生服务中心合作冲突分析

Conflict-cooperation Relationship between Hospitals and Community Health Centers Based on F-H Method

采用F-H分析方法分析政府、医院和社区卫生服务中心在医院与社区卫生服务中心合作中的冲突问题。结果表明:政府推动、医院合作、社区卫生服务中心积极参与是全局稳定局势,这说明,当前我国医院与社区卫生服务中心的合作必须在政府的主导和推动下才有实现的可能性,否则,合作无法实现。

Using F-H method,we analyze the conflict and cooperation relationship between the government,hospitals and community health centers.The result shows that the overall stable situation lies in government promotion,hospital cooperation and community active participation,which indicates that the cooperation between hospital and community Health Center requires government to lead and promote,otherwise,the cooperation could not be achieved.
