摘要
研发团队成员团队支持感是影响团队创造力的重要因素之一,但团队支持感对团队创造力的内部作用机理尚不清晰。研究基于团队知识共享和团队反思的视角,以研发团队为对象,采用问卷调查法,通过83家企业和科研院所156个研发团队的518份有效调查样本,运用结构方程模型,探析团队支持感、团队知识共享、团队反思和团队创造力之间的关系。研究结果表明:团队支持感对研发团队创造力有正向作用,团队知识共享对团队反思有积极影响,团队知识共享和团队反思在团队支持感与研发团队创造力关系中起完全中介作用。
Perceived team support is one of the important factors influencing R&D team creativity,but the internal mechanism of team support perception to R&D team creativity is not clear.This paper studies R&D team based on the perspection of team knowledge sharing and team reflexivity.And the study explores the relationship among perceived team support,team knowledge sharing,team reflexivity and team creativity using structural equation modeling.The research data is obtained through conducting questionnaire method of 156 teams in 83 enterprises and institutes in which 518 participants offered reliable feedback.Empirical research results are as follows.Firstly,perceived team support has a positive impact on team creativity.Secondly,team knowledge sharing has apositive impact on team reflexivity.Thirdly,team knowledge sharing and team reflexivity plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between perceived team support and team creativity.
