摘要
在项目团队中,有效的知识管理需要总结团队内部当前的知识管理实践,在团队解散组建新的项目团队后则要充分利用之前项目团队的知识学习来提高其学习效率。通过构建项目团队解散前后知识转化的"SECI"关联模型来研究团队解散前后知识学习的关联性,由此证明团队解散前的知识学习对解散后新组建的团队知识学习具有促进作用。在此基础上,建立团队解散前后知识学习关联性的结构方程模型,着重分析项目团队解散前后显性知识和隐性知识之间的相互转化关系,为项目团队知识管理提供相关理论依据。
In the project team,effective knowledge management needs to summarize the current knowledge management practice within the team,then new project team formed after the disbandment should make full use of the knowledge of the before project team for improve the learning efficiency.By building the knowledge transformation ' SECI' model to study the relevance of knowledge learning of project team and new project team after the old one is disbanded,to prove that the former has a catalytic role on the latter.On this basis,the Structural Equation Modeling of knowledge learning relevance with project team and new team,is set up to analyze the mutual transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in team knowledge learning,to provide the theoretical basis for the knowledge management of project teams.
