The Simulation Application of AIS Data in the Improvement of Traffic Capacity of Waterway

摘要 我国沿海港口基于理论预测和主观判断的规划制定及管理措施实施,通常缺乏真实、连续的数据分析来源和定量分析的技术手段,无法保障港口资源的合理利用、能力的充分发挥、管理的科学优化。本文以黄骅港煤炭港区航道通过能力提升决策为例,提出基于AIS大数据兼具船舶自身属性和时空信息的属性生成船舶台账,保证数据来源的真实性和准确性,可以科学合理地统计和预测船舶交通特征,为揭示水域船舶交通规律、优化水域规划方案等提供技术支撑,并通过采用多智能体仿真的研究手段,从泊位数量、装卸效率、通航规则等角度,对提升黄骅港煤炭港区航道通过能力提出了有益建议。 The planning and management measures based on theoretical predictions and subjective judgments in China’s coastal ports often lack real and continuous data analysis sources and quantitative analysis techniques, which can’t guarantee the rational use of port resources, the full utilization of capabilities, and the scientific optimization of management. Taking the decision of broadening the channel in Huanghua Port Coal Port Area for example, this paper proposes to generate ship ledgers concluding the attributes of both the ship’s own attributes and time-space information based on AIS big data, to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of data sources, to scientifically and rationally count and predict the characteristics of ship traffic in order to reveal the regular pattern of ship traffic, providing technical support and basic research methods for optimization of planning schemes in port areas and coordination of the organization of ships’ translation. This paper provides useful suggestions on improving the traffic capacity of waterway of the Huanghua Port coal port area with the method of multi-agents simulation from the perspective of the number of berths, loading and unloading efficiency, navigation rules, etc.
