Supply-chain Management Based on Green Manufacturing

有效的供应链管理有利于绿色制造模式的顺利实施 ,与传统制造模式相比绿色制造模式对供应链管理提出了新的要求 ,原有的基于物流、信息流与资金流的供应链结构模型不能满足绿色制造的要求。分析了供应链管理对实施绿色制造模式的作用机制 ,针对传统供应链管理的不足 ,提出了绿色制造模式下基于物流、信息流、资金流与知识流的供应链结构模型。分析了基于绿色制造的供应链管理存在的难点 ,提出了相应的对策。

Effective supply-chain management is benefit to improve Green Manufacturing. Green manufacturing needs supply-chain management more important than traditional manufacturing mode. The old framework model of supply-chain based on substance, information and capital can not meet the requirements of Green Manufacturing.A new framework model of supply-chain based on substance, information, capital and knowledge is put forward. The obstacles to improve supply-chain management for Green Manufacturing are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are pointed out in this paper.
