摘要
基于BIM技术进行动态化的项目施工管理,借助可视化的平台,对施工出现的各种质量隐患、方案设计缺陷、成本支出异常以及进度缓慢等问题进行及时的发现与处理,以此确保建筑工程有着良好的作业质量与施工效率,施工单位可以获得较高的经济收益。基于此,论文对BIM技术的相关内容进行了分析,并且对该项技术在当前建筑施工中的具体应用情况进行了详细研究,以此为更多施工单位高质量、高效率地应用BIM技术完成建筑工程施工监督管理工作任务提供参考经验。
BIM technology is used in dynamic project construction management. With the help of the visual platform, problems such as hidden quality hazards, design defects, abnormal cost and slow progress in construction are timely discovered and dealt with, in order to ensure that construction projects has a good operation quality and construction ef?ciency, construction units can obtain higher economic benefits finally. Based on this, this paper analyses the related content of BIM technology, and makes a detailed study on the specific application of BIM technology in the current building construction, so as to provide reference experience for more construction units to apply BIM technology to accomplish the task of building construction and management with high quality and high ef?ciency.
