摘要
论文通过总结城市发展理论及实际案例研究,归纳了"智慧城市的可持续化建设"及"生态城市的智慧化水平提升"的发展思路,提出了进一步加强对智慧生态城市核心要素的理解及贯彻力度,并克服在观念、技术乃至制度保障层面等诸多瓶颈的重要性,以达到以人为本的理想城市模式目标。
By summing up the theory of urban development and practical case studies, this paper summarizes the development ideas of 'sustainable construction of smart city' and ' intelligent level improvement of ecological city', puts forward the importance of further strengthening the understanding and implementation of the core elements of smart-ecological city and overcoming many bottlenecks at the level of concept, technology and even system guarantee, so as to achieve the goal of the ideal city model of people-oriented.
