控制泵送预拌混凝土裂缝问题的探讨

摘要 控制和预防泵送混凝土裂缝的技术措施(1)优化泵送预拌混凝土的配合比,粗骨料用量应达1150kg/m3以上。(2)根据板面出料口拌和物坍落度情况适量加石子,坍落度为9cm时,加石量为60kg/m3,坍落度每增加1cm,加石量增加20kg/m3。(3)在成型混凝土表面覆盖薄膜。
