In this paper historical evolution and legal status of military engineering quality supervision was stated,the difference between local supervision and engineering quality supervision from the local government was compared,the position and the function of military engineering quality supervision was summarized,some fuzzy understandings about military engineering quality supervision from some people was clarified.
