In order to adapt to the situation and development trend,need to innovative ways to improve the supervision efficiency of construction engineering quality. In this article,through innovative ways,in every aspect of the project supervision process to find the essentials,grab the focus,flexible use of scientific management methods on the integrated management,can realize the improvement of the supervision efficiency.But still need to be combined with electronic,the development of science and technology,etc,to standardization,informationization,promoting the new technology to further innovate management methods,ultimate realization comprehensively enhance supervision efficiency.
