摘要
从主体结构、装修、设备安装三方面,对毛坯房住宅工程质量存在的一些常见问题进行归纳,分析其成因,并根据工程实践,参考外地做法提出防治措施。
From three aspects of the main structure,decoration engineering,equipment installation,some common engineering quality problems existing in rough house residential are summarized and analyzed. some control measures are presented with reference of engineering practices and field practices.
