The quality is the life of building construction project. The commercial concrete is the main material of modern building,and have got widely used. But in the engineering practice,some quality problems often occurred and affect engineering safety and durability. The paper analyzed the main reason of quality problem during the commercial concrete production and construction,provide reference for how to control the concrete quality in the project.
