目前,住宅修缮工程已经成为了监督管理的新内容,论文对纳入监督管理范围的房屋修缮工程现状进行了分析,列举了有问题的工程实例,并对现场的安全设施进行了数据统计,通过这些实例和统计,归纳了监督管理和施工现场中出现的一些主要问题,最后给出了一些解决对策和建议。房屋修缮工程有一定的特殊性,监督管理也必须要有针对性,只有这样才能使房屋修缮工程安全情况可控,质量水平上升。

Housing renovation has become a new part of constrution supervision. The current situation of housing renovation which has been supervised by Construction Quality and Safety Station is analysed by offering a lot of examples and counting the safety facilities. The problem existed in supervision and administration of housing renovation is listed and be explained in detial. Some advises and suggestion have been given in the end of this work. Housing renovation is special,so the supervision need to be targeted. Then safety will be controlled and quality will be improved.
