建筑工程质量监督是关系到建筑项目使用安全的关键环节。随着体制改革的进一步深化和市场经济的深度发展,现行建筑质量工程模式已越来越面临严峻的挑战。改革创新建筑工程质量监督模式已成为提升建筑工程质量监督水平的重要途径之一。本文从现行质量监督模式入手,结合实践,运用统计分析的方法,系统分析了体制改革简政放权新形势下存在的问题和挑战。针对存在的问题提出了改进质量监督、创新质量监督模式的对策和思路。

Construction engineering quality supervision is a key link related to the use of safety throughout the building projects. With the deepening of reform and the development of Market Economy,the current construction quality supervision model has increasingly faced with severe challenges. Reform and innovation of the construction quality supervision model has become one of the important ways to improve construction quality supervision level. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the problems and challenges which faces by the current construction quality supervision model under the new situation of refrom decentralization,combine with the practice and the statistical analysis method. Also,the article rises the solutions and the strategies focus on the improvement of the quality supervision level and innovation of the quality supervision model.
