工程质量监督管理模式现状分析与创新

Engineering Quality Supervision Management Situation Analysis and Innovation

首先以建设工程质量监督相关法律法规为线索,研究建设行政主管部门以及工程质量监督管理工作在30年来的发展历程,其次总结目前工程质量监督管理的现状以及存在的主要问题,通过对现有监督模式中存在问题的分析,提出对传统工程质量监督模式进行改革创新,创建新型工程质量监督模式,最后对新型工程质量监督管理模式的实施提出几点建议。

With current building regulations for clues,first study the construction administrative departments and the quality of supervision and management work in 30 years of development history,followed by summary of the current situation,by analyzing the patterns that exist in the existing oversight the problem, of traditional engineering quality supervision model for reform and innovation,to create a new engineering quality supervision model,and finally to the implementation of new engineering quality supervision and management model proposed.
