Improving Supervision Efficiency by Standardized Quality Management

按照传统的监管模式,我们比较注重工程质量事前预控和事后监督,对施工质量过程控制往往依赖于参建各方自身质量保证体系的运作。随着建设规模膨胀与管理力量萎缩之间的矛盾日益显现,施工过程中潜伏着愈来愈多的质量危机,直接影响建设工程全生命周期的质量。本文结合无锡地区的质量状况,在如何加强施工现场质量标准化管理,提升监管效能方面做出了有益探索。

According to the traditional supervision mode,we laid more emphasis on the prior control and afterward supervision of the construction quality. However,the process control of construction quality usually depended on the all the construction parts involved to ensure the normal operation of the system. As there are increasingly distinct conflicts between the expanding construction scale and shrinking managing resources,a host of potential quality problems came into being in the construction process,which directly affected the quality of the whole construction. This essay will give a further explanation on how to reinforce the standardized quality management on the construction site and how to improve supervision efficiency based on local quality status.
