摘要
随着我区经济建设快速发展,房屋质量成了社会及房屋业主关注的焦点,质量好坏直接关系到人民群众生命财产安全,涉及到人民群众切身利益,这已成为影响社会稳定、和谐大事,建设工程质量监督站受建设行政管理部门委托作为建设工程质量监督管理部门及建设工程质量投诉受理部门,如何提高建设工程质量,预防、减少工程质量问题,妥善处理工程质量投诉,维护建设各方当事人合法权益,成为质量监督站重中之重的课题。
With the rapid development of economic construction in our region,the quality of housing has become the focus of social and housing owners concerned,quality is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property,involves the vital interests of the people,which has an impact on social stability and harmony,construction engineering quality spervision station by the construction administrative departments entrusted as construction engineering quality supervision and management departments and construction quality of complaints department,how to improve the quality of construction projects,to prevent,reduce the engineering quality problems,and properly handle quality complaints,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to the construction project supervision station,become the priority among priorities quality.
