贯彻执行住建部五号部令,做好建设工程质量监督工作。本文重点阐述了监督站自身定位,监督工作的内容、方法,程序,对违法违规质量行为的惩处,监督队伍的建设等相关问题。
Implement the fifth decree by the Ministry of housing and urban-rural development and do well the construction project quality supervision. The paper mainly expounded the positioning itself of the engineering quality supervision agency,the content,method and procedure of the supervision,the punishment to illegal activities and the construction of the supervision team.
