摘要
目前房屋建筑工程质量投诉的数量多而且赔偿期望也越来越高,现浇板裂缝为最主要的质量投诉。为了进一步提高建设工程整体质量,减少投诉量和更好处理投诉。笔者根据多年的质量监督和质量投诉处理的经验,针对常见质量投诉的主要缺陷,从加强工程质量控制、管理和规范质量投诉处理、投诉处理时到现场后的一般操作、投诉处理时的注意事项等方面进行了阐述,以供学习和交流。
The quantity of complain is more,and the hope of compensation is higher and higher.The crack on the pour plate is the main item of quality complain. For improve whole engineering quality,reduce complain and deal with the complain better,the author based on the experience of quality supervision and complain deal with,aim at main problem of common quality complain,introduced from strengthening the engineering quality control,manage and regular quality complain deal with,commonly operation after arrived at the scene for complain handling,matters need attention when deal with the complain,offering to study and communicate.
