我国城镇建设快速发展,而工程建设过程中时常出现许多质量问题,为更好地进行工程质量监督管理,确保建设工程质量和人民生命财产安全,将建设工程项目管理的理念引入工程质量监督管理工作中,通过采取组织措施、管理措施、技术措施的办法,并在实践过程中不断探索,持续改进,取得了部分成效,论文主要引用工程项目管理的理念对建设工程质量监督管理的相关方法进行了浅析,并提出了自己的一些见解和看法。

Combining with the current urban construction rapid development,but there are still in project construction process will appear some quality problems,in order to better for engineering quality supervision management,do ensure the quality of construction projects and people's life and property safety,make use of Method of construction project management to do better Engineering quality supervision and management, Application Organizational measures and Management measures and Technical measures,and continue to explore in practice,continuous improvement,made some progress,this paper mainly analyzed the reference method of the project management of construction project quality supervision and management,and puts forward some views of self,for reference only.
